When we first met Jessica, our realtor, I was skeptical and wasn't sure I could trust any realtor since it was my first time ever having a realtor show us homes, but just after the first few minutes my wife and I knew Jessica was the realtor for us. As first time home buyers, Ross and I had a plethora of questions and had certain expectations for what we wanted our first home to be. Jessica was right there with us, listening and keeping mental records of our preferences, and always guiding us toward the right path to have a smooth experience in purchasing our first home. Recently I listed a property in Seminole County. I reached out for referrals to local, top notch Realtors in the area. I got three names and contacted those Realtors for their opinions of what the property was worth and their listing strategies.
I talked to the highest volume most established Realtor first and without ever looking at the property he told me on the phone that he would list for $120,000 - $125,000. He said I would never get more than that. The second told me $130,000 - $135,000. The third said $120,000 - $130,000. It was clear they were all wanting to list my property for a low price so they could have a quick and effortless sale and make quick and easy money. I decline to do business with all of them because they did not have my best interest in mind.
I then contacted Drew. He was the only Realtor that took the time to meet with me in person to discuss the sale of my property. Drew is very personable, outgoing, and optimistic.
